I'm not a perspective expert, but my first reaction to the image is that all the vanishing points don't seem to go to the same horizon line - so the top and bottom of the hangar look like they're seen from different viewpoints instead of one cohesive one. The easiest fix would probably be lining up the "shelves" at the top (sorry, terminology eludes me) to the floor's horizon line.

If you dont like it then change to composition!!
go back to the thumbnail stage and put the mech in a garage and look up at it with the soldiers on the deck looking at it or working on it to give it the scale or something.

The thumbnails stage is where you need to be to get what you want matey, definately go back there and work it up again.

    all the best.

A great kind hearted lumbering bullock

It's the composition that isn't working, not your perspective. Half of the image is completely blank. As lightship suggested you are best off going back to doing thumbnails and coming up with something more interesting.
