    1# Guilty Pleasure Film

1# Guilty Pleasure Film..... meaning, that movie that you secretly love..........but you know how horrible it is. No matter how many times it is on TBS edited to shit....you watch it, but not cause its good.

I saw STARSHIP TROOPERS in the theatre twice in one day.

"Hey! He stole that guy's pizza!"
    Hahahaha.

Anyway, I really don't have one, but Finding Nemo/Lilo and Stitch I wouldn't exactly go around advertising to EVERYONE that I liked so I guess its them.

    oh come now MOOSE!
i think its safe to say BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA is everyone's guilty pleasure......Leave Disney out of this. Finding Nemo and Lilo and Stich shouldn't make you feel guilty.........at least not on this forum.

I would say this as well. I have the dvd and watch it every so often. I do like the analogy of being subliminally told what to do because I believe it does happen, not with aliens, but with corporations and politicians. You can read neat facts about it here.

The move is where the famous line: "I came here to chew bubblegum and kick ass...and I am all out of bubblegum." came from. Can't be all that bad.

And read the original story here.

every porn movie ive seen because i wanted to see how good the acting was.
...I don't usually watch porn, but I was at a party and they were watching 'Kinky Business 2'...and well, that beat a lot of the acting you see in movies today.(also the first porn I've seen that had an actual plot!)

    for my list:

    Battlefield Earth
    The original Punisher movie
    Freddie Got Fingered

    -Rob

That was a great movie too. "Warriors...come out and plaaaaaayeeeee!"
With the weird guy clicking the bottles together with his fingers.

Vincent Price, Peter Lorre, Boris Karloff and a young Jack Nicholson in The Raven. Another guilty pleasure movie for me. As is The Devil Rides Out, one of the cheesier Hammer Horror movies. Well, and The Fearless Vampire Hunters.

They Live is definitely in there. Plus it inspired the classic "cripple-fight" on South Park (I believe they copied the fight move-for-move). Big Trouble in Little China is nothing to feel guilty about, and neither is Army of Darkness.

Dusk till Dawn....gotta love that movie, it's like watching two different movies in one...and has some really great lines along the way... "Did they look like psychos? They were fuckin' vampires. Psychos don't explode when sunlight hits 'em, I don't care how crazy they are." :funny: And let's not forget characters named "sexmachine" this just a great flick...

The Relic: Bad movie. Great monster.

Jurassic Park III: Two big dinosaurs ripping eachothers throats out right in the beginning. What's not to like?

The Hunted: Christopher Lambert takes on an army of ninjas. HELL YEAH!

The highlander movies: I need no explaination.

The Jaws movies: I know the first one revered as one of the best movies ever but the sequels sucked ass. But they all have the big shark and I guess that's cool.

The Animatrix: I'm normally not a fan of anime but I can't seem to stop watching 'Matriculated', 'Kid' and 'The Second Renaissance I and II'.

Alien3: I absolutely love this movie. I know it's probably the most hated alien film but I love everything about it; the atmosphere, the location, the new creature and not to mention a bald Sigourney Weaver. The newly released special edition is incredable and improves greatly on the theatrical release. If more people gave that version a chance, I think the movie will be completely redeemed in the eyes of the vast majority.

    Mystery Men.

    ...

    What?

Oh, and Versus. Seems more like hit or miss with most people, but I think it's absolutely brilliant in every way. I wait with bated breath to see what Ryuhei Kitamura does with Godzilla.

I like the movie Goonies alot. It reminds me of when I was a kid. Of course I never found any buried treasure, or a pirate ship, or skeletons or anything cool. On second thought, maybe it doesn't remind me of being a kid. I hate the movie Goonies, it doesn't remind me of anything...
