    Learn some more anatomy. Don't hide things you can't draw them, but learn how to draw them - that hidden arm/hand makes no sense.
    Scrap this, get a nice reference photograph - look either for a stock photo, or take it yourself.
    Don't be so afraid to go darker and lighter in your skin tones. Mix some cool colours in there too.
    Learn more about perspective (I'm struggling with this too) -- I can't tell where your horizon line is, and also no idea what this blue shiny stuff behind her is.

    Good on you, though, experimenting with loose brushwork and taking a piece all the way to finish. It's important to do that, even while you're working on the fundamentals.

    I was once on the receiving end of a critique so savagely nasty, I marched straight out of class to the office and changed my major (sketchbook).

    Didn't mean that to sound condescending. It's just, like Mano, the first thing I thought when I saw this piece was "I know why her right arm is behind her back." Because we've all done it.
