Dude-- Work is looking damn good. Joel nailed my only crit...

Sorry we're missing out on Boston, but it sounds like you've got some big irons in the fire (and congrats/luck on those!!)

Congrats on banging out the T-Dome too. CT crew cleaned up!

wow - last one looks wild man. one above the arms are really short? (i'm definitely no anatomic wonder though) i still cant wait for the mad 100 meter wide panoramic where all of these creatures and props and places come together in one big epic bee-dubya orgy.

    keep it up man

Heya B: goddam...nice pop on the light, really brings out the volumes. Also nice use of the body armor as a bracelet...gives him a great sense of scale.
Man...just getting better and better. Good luck on the art test!
    Cheers!

Brendamn - fan-friggity-tastic! Mayhaps your best creature yet! The colors are awesome, lots of depth and dynamism! I love the texture of his hair/fur contrasted against the materials of his clothing and armor.

My only crit would be that his left hand, which is propped on top of the weapon, should be appearing to come forward, and be sliightly bigger than the right hand which is down by his side, but right now, its opposite.

Good luck on the art test, I'm pullin for ya.....

    grr frskskea.!

stupid safari crashed right before I hit post...ok Reader's Digest version!!

tensai i'm cooking up a crowd full of weird SF/Fantasy characters for my TD round 2 entry, stay tuned!

mike thanks man, it's getting there...

sean now that you pointed out the hand getting flat, the satchel is also bothering me. I like this guy a lot when I was painting him, but now he kinda reminds me of he-man's pal Mossman. :/

heh, thanks, Marc. yeah, but parts of it make me cringe now.

if anyone's curious, the webserver I've been using for the past couple of years went from completely free to completely not. I moved the website over to a .mac account, but since I don't think I'll ever want to take the time to correct all of the hotlinked images, I'll be starting a new SB thread soon.
