to be honest i start this sketchbook to get myself off my lazy ass and start wokring hard.
For myself i just got outta highschool and am working in a IT Shop in the city earning money and the other time i spend with my girlfriend gaming or drawing and painting( not as much as i wish i was)
I will post almost everyday and try to get the best out of my copnstricted skill...
any critique is welcome.

I really like the last one you've overpainted, has a great feel to it. What you need, in my opinion is, some more experience with photoshop. some things just dont work. For example like the stone structures in #6 You just painted these mountains and then slapped the photo texture over it withouth tweaking it. Furthermore the forest looks copy and pasted. You need to include some variety into it. Anyway I see a huge progress in your last posting
"It's a time machine, Napoleon. We bought it online."
Seikfour04, this stuff looks great! I like your armour concepts. Especially the helmet designs. I'd say keep working on the anatomy of your characters, the conveyance of weight and perspective is key. Keep it up.
The sky opens with a word, and that word is a secret. So loud this howling trumpet rains its song on ears made of paper and glass.
To improve on some rendering aspects of your works, try studying shadow edges in depth, it will give you a large understanding of how to render most types of surfaces.
You have some information on that around the forums on the tutorials/tips section if i'm not mistaken.

here is the turnaround of my character. there will be more to this sheet. tonight there will be the update
Wow your recent environment work is looking amazing, you have a great imagination and you can work well with photographs. Its hard to see the whole of your images as they're too large, try making your JPEG's 1000 pixels wide or so.
