Hey everyone i am studying concept art at the moment and i'll be posting here some of my stuff to recieve feedback so i can improve.

This first concept was just to mix mountains with trenches, nothing too serious or planned.

They couldn't be smaller or else they would be unreadable. I agree some elements are not properly scaled.

    Thank you for the feedback

Wow, that first enviro is great. I think it'd help if you took the mountains and made them look more like big rocks, because of the scale issue.

Welcome to CA, post more soon! Liking your work.

It is a possibility to consider, the trench was a sort of after thought so that is why it looks "glued" and out of scale.

I was having problems to materialize my idea given the little time that was given to us to complete the exercise.

Here is the Thumbnails that gave origin to this work.

    Your comment is much appreciated.

    Wow, those thumbs are gorgeous.

It's good to see you're doing value studies. Your colours were a bit off, before. I think it'd help to do some studies in colour, and get a sense of darker/lighter colours better.

I'll have a go at colour study very soon, but before that i want to improve a bit more on values, i tend to struggle a bit with them.

Thanks for the tip once again

Those landscape thumbnails in post #7 are really nice. You have a firm grasp on colors and lighting. Looking forward to seeing more of your 'scapes.
