ASUS Ep121 vs XXX for Animators?

I would like to buy a small PC tablet which I can use when I travel.
I am animating and Illustrating in Adobe Flash, I kinda made my
choice on the Asus Ep121 or the Fujitsu Stylistic but before I buy it
I would like to ask for advice, and reviews on all these brands:

    - Samsung
    - Fujitsu Stylistic
    - YiyNova
    - ASUS Ep121

Did I forgot another brand I should consider ?!

    Some videos I watched:

    Yiynova vs Cintique
    ASUS Ep121
    Asus ep121 vs Cintique21ux
    Asus ep 121 just review
    ASUS Ep121 vs SAMSUNG GALAXY
    Fujitsu Stylistic ST5112

    My Advice.....Neither

If you running Art Rage or Sketchbook Pro they would be fine choices....but for Adobe Programs both are ill-equiped. More so the with Fujitsu Stylistic St5112 since thats pretty old. In case of the Ep121....while I never ran Adobe Flash on it....I've run Photoshop and Illustrator on it.....the Ep121 uses a 1st gen ULV core i5....which ran both pretty poorly (more so Photoshop). I'm not sure how Flash would run on it...but I wouldn't be too optamistic.

Go With the Samsung S7S instead...Aside from one less USB port and a slightly smaller Screen, the S7S is superior to the Ep121 in every category. Primarilly it has a Better Screen, Better Battery, and Better Processor.

Or wait a few more weeks and the the New Samsung ATIV Smart PC Pro. Its the Windows 8 successor to the S7S.

I would say wait until the end of this month, the next samsung tablet pc is suppose to be release 26th october (=> friday). Some review will pop soon and you may find something that match better what you are looking for.
Please consider that asus, microsoft, HP and some other will release windows 8 tablet soon after. The new generations should be more powerfull and optimized.

WOW so you really say that the the Asus ep121 would run Adobe Flash poorly.
Than I really don't need it cause I will have huge files. I thought the Ep121 is pretty strong!

Any experience with the Yiynova or the Lenovo- Thinkpad !?

I found this post here for anybody following would you say the Lenovo is a better choice for me!

For the same size you have the samsung note 10.1, using wacom technology and not the N-trig. It's a little cheaper and it's android too so the applications are exactly the same

Here is a topic speaking about it http://conceptart.org/forums/showthr...laxy-Note-10-1

You can find a lot of other information about it around the internet. BUT I'm not sure android can run something like adobe flash... If you really want Adobe suite, just look at the next generation coming soon, with windows 8 you are sure it will run. On android I have no clue if it's possible...

edit : ah, the Yiynova is like a cintiq, you need a latop to run with, don't forget it if you want one for travelling :p It could be interesting for work at home but I suggest you forgot drawing with in a train !

Did you ever compared the samsung PC tablet to the LENOVO thinkpad ?!?!

I really kinda eye balled the Asus Ep121, can't believe that a machine like that for
almost 1000 has a bad performance,......

You should consider the Samsung ativ smart pc pro (modern hardware, full HD Display, going to be releasead tomorrow) and the HP Elitebook Series (2730p, 2740p and 2760p, there are pretty cheap refurbished ones on ebay).

The asus hasn't bad performance, it just have a problem of compatibility with photoshop (maybe with all adobe suite). It's very unfortunate, but we can hope the next generation will not make the same mistake. About the price : every tablet PC is expensive compare to a latop, it's expensive because of the portability (and maybe the wacom technology + windows).

Thanks Griffonnage for correcting, I apprecciate your comments here. Zelzan I will look into those brands.
What I really need is that the PC tablet will work with Adobe FLASH, thats what will make my choice.
Some USB and other ports would be good too,..........I kinda like the Fujitsu cause it's very powerfull
is kinda a lapatop with CDROM and all ports I need. Lets see whats happening on the market.

There are some interesting videos I found:
