    apocalypse - Help!

    Hi All

I tried to create an apocalyptic scene, I need some crits on how to improve the entire picture.
I am starting out in digital art so any advise would be appreciated. I have been trying to study the following Value, layout, perspective, and Im not to sure how to add light to the image.

    Thanks

Just in regards to light, pick where your main light source is coming from, then block in your brights and shadows from there. Get a block and a lamp or torch next to you and pay attention to where the shadows cast. You could even try building a super simple scene in 3D and use it as reference. You'll get the bonus of perspective too.

Speed paint over with one light suggestion. Just worked with the buildings and debris pile.
