Painter resouces dump them in here!(updated)

wouldnt it be great if...everyone who could, posted any special techniques they had in painter and photoshop , for example using two colours on one brush to paint hair, or if people posted useful brushes that they had made.. useful tips all in one place, why not?
I know that there are a huge amount of links all over this site for this kind of stuff (i know i just downloaded a huge library of reference photographs from) thanks davi! well
I just thought it might be useful to have things all in one place..
heres a fairly good links page for example

At PixelAlley, a few useful tutorials, among many others you'll find there both in the tutorials sections and scattered throughout the other sections:

Mixing Two Colors on a Brush to Paint Hair

    Using Color Sets

    Creating Custom Color Sets

A Few Ways to Mix Colors

Brushes React Differently to Paper Texture in Painter 7 - Solution

Realistic Watercolor Effects with Painter 6 and 7

Painter 7 Letter Keys to Activate the Tools Palette Icons

Accurate and Quick Canvas Size Reduction (Alternative to Using the Crop Tool)

I don't think you'll ever get all of the Painter tips and techniques in one place, but this thread may be a good resource to get people started, and aware of resources found around the Painter community. There's a huge amount of information available!

    Have fun!

Please do not PM me with Painter questions. Instead, post them here where everyone can benefit from them. Thanks!
