Not too much to see after my last visit (unfortunatelly), but i must say, the last chick u posted is superb. Maybe u could work a little more on her right hand, but i must say, that at first view, it looks impressive. I want to see more of those here .

Check put my schetchbook if you please

Slash... is that really you? Mine eyes must deceive me! HAHAHa!

Good to have you back, man, wacom or no! The last batch of studies look good-- I like that you're pushing yourself into more action shots, though a lot are a little unnatural or stiff. The shaolin monk doing the flip is very nice. I assume you had reference? The sillouhette thumbnails really caught my eye as well, I think this is a good way for you to handle your building of form... Keep posting!

Not looking too dead to me! I think his back arm is a little too small though.

    wetter: LOL!!!
Number_6: thanks for your insight. The issue will be addressed as soon as the artist gets his new wacom. Thanks for calling!
    cuboidenator: Thank you!

Here's more crap. As usual the scanner couldnt catch half of the details, and a horrible levels job was needed.

I think the jaw on the first one sticks out too much to the side, and that the mouth is too small (corners of the mouth should line up with the centres of the eye). Your rendering is really nice though. As for the nude, I'd say the neck is too long/thin and the arm looks like a rectangle instead of an arm. I don't really see any muscles there. But again, really nice rendering.

I think the proportions on the half-naked chick don't quite work. Her legs seem too long, and her right (our left) forearm seems too long as well.

Dcept: Thanks man. You're right about the values. She was drawn in frustration, with a soft pencil, and against all odds i liked the outcome. I dont usually work that way..

Gringo: Pastels? where? Everything in this thread is digital or pencil. Anyways, thanks mate! Oh, and im 22 this august.

Damn, good job on the last two. There seems to be some perspective error on that last one (trunk and shoulder joints) and her undefined hips kinda drags the painting, as a whole, down a few notches. But damn, good job on the face. The work you have done on the lightning and the colours is superb.
