Nice start man; good to see you doing the right kinds of studies (heads, gestures, etc.). I think you should focus mostly on basic forms right now, such as eggs, cups, boxes, etc. Drawing from Andrew Loomis would also be a really good idea (you can download the PDF books of his for free online). Fun With A Pencil and Figure Drawing for All Its Worth would be a good place to start. Hope to see more work soon!

Those basic volumes will become your bread an butter if you do them enough. Any time there is a piece of paper lying around or even an old magazine, that's what I practice and it's helped me tons.

If you really want to do some hard work, this is a good video:

The studies you've been doing with geometry are solid, and will eventually pay dividends. When you can break complex forms into their constituent shapes you will be able to visualize things in 3D space much more efficiently and accurately.

Ah, cool. You found Lemec's tutorials on youtube. Those are good.

Crit: Try to make your lines more meticulous and neat. It will pay dividends. For these last few exercises, try them again and try to make the lines as clean as possible while preserving the sense of depth. Everything, even line quality, contributes to the illusion of depth.

    Thinking connects desire with creation.
