Ambiguity wow thanks alot for that feedback. I appreciate that and I didnt knew about it either so big thanks
SpareChange thanks I enjoyed doing both and glad that you liked it and again thanks for the advice on the sky.
Xcarbon Hey! Its going fine here, xmas is finally over and soon its new year and then back to the daily life How are you doing?
Thanks for the nice comment on my enviroments and wow thanks for the feedback/adjustment you did. I see clearly how it all changes and that the colors becomes more vibrant. I just felt like its abit like cheating to use adjustment layers, I do not mind others who do it its just that I feel like I should be able to do it without but after seeing that Ill deffo atleast see what it can do
I shall work more on contrast. big thanks and happy new year to you. Hope you had a nice xmas

how's it going?
is that a self portrait or just a random head study on post 54? either way it looks great and i really like the way you did the hair!!
wow those bowls study is so good ...if i look from a distance it looks 3-dimensional...... great job on that
great job on face studies too and i love the one with the glasses
ive heard from a few that drawing smiles is quite hard but you seem to be quite good at it the girl on the bottom right has the best smile i've seen in quite a while.
almost makes me want to smile too :]

hooray congrats on reaching the third page lol XD
nice studies ...love that cloud painting.... your skills in painting are getting better
the torso studies are a bit rough but nevertheless keep up your persistence
the sitting fat guy looks quite believable.
id suggest you to add a bit more shadows to the torso at the bottom centre of the page and the torso at the top right with the open arms as they look shadow less which makes them look flat on paper . i hope it helps
good job on the hands studies they look good to me and i cant really give you any suggestion on those coz i myself need to learn to draw hands properly XD
keep up the good work
and i'll be waiting for more updates!!
oh and a good day to you miss

MeteorCat Thanks alot!
Time to sleep. Did a quickie before bed.
January 24th, 2013 #64
thats a quickie??
that would take me hours ...specially because its color and not just black and white values
i like those small details on the orange [specular highlights]
and the reflective surface of shaker and the reflection its getting off of the orange its so cool
also i like how youve improved on the contrast ratio this one has a believable amount of lights and darks good job
keep up the good work :]

Xcarbon well I consider that to be a quickie since I know I can spend more time with it but I just lost excitement for that. was around or a little under an hour
Thank you its hard but really fun to learn. Thanks alot, who knows were we both are at in the end of this year. Im looking forward to it for sure, both for me and you
This is a WIP, dont know how long time, have just been sitting with it shorter periods of time over some days because I have just been so exhuasted from my work lately. Took whatever I could find at home
