I decided to get my own sketchbook here to track my progress here and to check out other people stuffs here.
Didnt really know what to do with my life and after some thinking and dealing with anxiety and panic attacks I felt like I found out who Iam and what I really want to do in my life and I can´t really say I ever regret stepping into this hard but amazing journey to become better and working harder.
Thanks once again for visiting!
Feedback is always more than welcome

when conceptart.org was down for maintenance I did some drawing and thought I could put them up. Might be some pictures from before that even too.
A mix of both watercolor and digital Some anatomy studies from bridgeman, some faces trying to work out values and getting used to photoshop. Some onions I did in watercolor still life. and some landscapes

wanted to do something more cartoony and I wanted to do some emotions after reading some in Walts Stanchfields Drawn to life vol. 1. And I cant deny that I absolutly LOVE meerkats. Adorable creatures. Great book, lots of reading really thick then some abs study
Ohohoho ANOTHER NINA. And a much more diligent one who actually posts to her sketchbook. XD
The only feedback I have is to up the contrast in some of those value studies (especially the portraits and the torso). Right now it's all a bit too muddy, so put down some darker darks and lighter lights!
Nina-the-Tiny Thanks alot andnp, its my pleasure to view you SB Thanks for dropping by again
Staal Sander Thanks alot Its just tough to do that from imagination.
Here atleast I had a photoref
Ufff...Seems like Firefox had some problem or atleast the version Im at since the pages here loads really slow, but switched to Chrome and it works splendid today.
Its hard to draw....I really appreciate all that visit and also big thanks for thoose that comment. Cant thank you enough
Gotta draw more...
Here is a selfportrait, and the other one is some wierd fat toad that dont come near the photoref one but its fun
Last is a pencil
Fall is starting to shift some colors in the trees so I took a photo on my walk and then went back home trying to remember all the vivid colors the camera cannot catch.
With the ball I used photoshops lock transparancy pixels and layers, never used that so much. Its actually from a practise I got in a course long time ago but decided to pick it up again and refresh my memory and do it better. Cant find the old file tho
Loomis studys took a while. Quite hard with my wacom ^^ Wanted to take some time getting more used to the digital pen.

hey, thanks for coming by my sketchbook, those face studies are lookin real good! Are you going through loomis' books? Also the variety of your sketches studies are really great! I certainly need to get some enviro studies done haha. Keep up the hard work!
You're definitely on the right track, and progressing nicely along it, I must say. For whatever reason I absolutely love the drapery study, the middle one. My eye keeps being drawn to it; it's really well done. The only suggestion I have is to add more contrast to your greyscale paintings to give them depth.
VictorQ No problem, I really enjoyed your sb. I Will come by more often Yes Im also going through loomis tho, I need to be more patient with the practise of his books. Thanks for the comment, I try to vary but I also need to do more things from my mind, something I feel is very hard atm ^^
Keep up your good work too.
Fungus Thank you That is a very good suggestion, I do think Im still a coward when it comes to use higher values and darker too. but thanks alot. really appreciate it! btw love your name
Been sick again so the drawing have been going abit slower than usuall. But anyway I must say that I truly appreciate all the help I got. big thanks to you all!
You've got some really lovely gesture sketches, and you're environments are nice too (I particularly like the cliffs/rocks in #15). Keep up with the facial studies, I think you're heading in a good direction with them.
i like the figure studies and the red dress painting in post #20 and the landscape painting from #24 it has a nostalgic feeling when it look at it!!
also good job on those head and nose studies !!
and i hope you get well soon :]
