    Almost finished... critique requested

This is an illustration for a DVD film cover. It's a wrap-around and the back (left side) has to be fairly dark/simple so that white text and some logos can be legible when placed on top. Hence that big gaping hole on the left side... which makes me a little sad but it'll be filled with text in the final product.

Also, just a note that I will NOT be doing the typography layout, so please no critique on the title block. That text is a quick placeholder to show the whereabouts of where the real title/info will go.

Full spread of the wrap-around. Light vertical lines show spine folds. (Text has been replaced with latin since I'm not at liberty to divulge that information yet)

It's almost finished and the final file is due to the client by Monday, Sept. 27th, but I figured a critique couldn't hurt since I still have the weekend.

Looks good. Be careful with the text - shadow around the type does not fit the illustrative style; you'll have to be extra careful to not have the text crowd or overlap the moon.

Thanks for the comment, arenhaus! The title is just a quick & dirty placeholder to give the general positioning. I'm not actually responsible for any of the typography elements (the client has an in-house graphic designer who will be doing this), so what you see is by no means the exact placement, typeface, size, etc. Great suggestion, though I won't have any input on what's used in the final.
