Behind the Iron Curtain 2 (3D & Concept Art Workshop 14-17 september, Bucarest)
**I looked for a thread about BTIC2 and coudn't find one- I'm not 100% sure if this is the right place to post this, so i apologize in advance if i got anything wrong.**
I was wondering if anyone from the conceptart.org boards will be attending the Behind the Iron Curtain 2 workshop in Bucarest, Romania (14-17 September).
Ioan Dumitrescu (jonone) organized this event to be held at Bucarest's Sala Dalles, and the instructor list is pretty impressive:
Iain McCaig, Daniel Simon, Neville Page, Raphael Lacose, Alessandro Baldasseroni and Alex Alvarez.
You can find more info about it on the OFFICIAL SITE:
or on the FACEBOOK PAGE:
I'll be attending, and i'm hoping to do some sightseeing as well.
Is anyone else coming?
PS: looks like Palinca is a sponsor for the event...

no one else? Nice to hear you'll be joining me and Revenebo, Farvus and Matej!
We'll be flying from Italy on the 11th and we'll be staying here.
We'll be spending a couple of extra days in Bucarest, so if anyone has already been to Romania/Bucarest i'd be really curious to hear recommendations about things to see in the area!

I'll be coming from Austria.
Can't wait to listen (...and talk, if i'm not too blown away) to Ian McCaig.
Would be awesome to to get to know you guys too!
Do you know where you are going to stay?......I have two possibilties for now. The first is a bit more fancy but reasonably priced....the second is the wonderland hostel for ten euros a night. Both pretty near to the venue. (300 and 800 meters)
here are the links
....but there is a better overview at booking.com
