Good afternoon all. Great start so far. Interesting how people would interpret the "ghost" part of this challenge.

Knowing he was on his last legs, the brilliant general Konrad von Ulthgur led the charge through the broken gates of a rebel city into a cauldron of burning pitch and molten lead poured from numerous murder holes. The sight of the burning general picking himself up and leading the rest of the heavy infantry broke the defenders and moral of the city.
Nicknamed 'Old Smoky' (from a discrete distance) the general strode back to the undying court to challenge and take the position of Grand General, his fearsome visage, unnatural vigor combined with his talent for strategy have made him a hellish opponent to those who would challenge the monarchy.

Main character is ghost of the dead queen, followed by her ghostly servants. They were killed by mad queens poleaxe in her hysterical rage spasm. She was nuts and kept killing people all the time, so people hung her. I will draw rope around her neck later...

Spellsword95: Cool premise and I like what you got so far. I think glowing eyes and a visible grin would completely change the mystery/horror factor you already got going. A subtle glow from a rope could be a nice touch though.

Added glowing eyes and hanging rope. Now I have to figure out how to do more ghostly look. Maybe add some glowing aura or make her half-transparent with something solid in background...
I am very satisfied with result. In past few days I have improved my drawing techniques. Painting image like this in one evening is monumental success for me. It would take a couple of days before.

Nice Beautiful and morbid at the same time. Keep on render it out.
I like it. She looks scary. At this point the crown looks a bit unfinished. Also I think you can push the rendering more. The axe and the cloths looks a to have the same surface structure. I think a good idea is to look at some black and white photos to get the shininess in the ax and the softness in the textile
Very nice character. I also like the colors. I think the cup and her face tells the story. Maybe her arms looks a bit long.
