A little information: I've been drawing for some years, but I haven't really thought about the form until now, so that's what I'm trying to do in this drawing. I'm feeling generally akward with form and have a hard time handling it.
All feedback is highly appreciated.

Hi, Dahlium. Our names are pretty similar
If you're having trouble grasping the form, I suggest starting off with simpler shapes and 3D forms first, rather than trying to understand the rather complicated structure of the human face/body.
You've probably heard this suggestion before, but studying the Loomis books will help you improve a lot. I suggest going with "Fun With a Pencil" first, even though it's a bit basic, it'll give you a better grasp on simple shapes so you can move on to more complicated ones. Drawing The Head and Hands is great for improving your portraits, like the one you posted here.
Practice often and you'll definitely improve in no time

nose looks a little flat and mishaped

Maybe if you place the eyes at the right location and with the right relative size ( compare with the mouth's width ), then the nose will be easier to redraw.

It's fine...the bridge of the nose needs some adjusting is all. Just do a helluva lot more of them...pretty much the way to start all your drawings (unless you want to experiment with other methods of course).
