    Drawing on black paper

Basically, I'm relatively new to this stuff.

I don't know if you guys are familiar with David Garibaldi & the art he does. He uses paint on a big black canvas.

I would love to do it on a smaller scale. What would be the best markers or pens, whatever, to use on black paper, neon colors and such.

    Any help is appreciated

I think you will want to use chalk pastels or oil pastels for best results if you want to draw on black paper. They will give you the opacity that you will not get out of markers.
