Mace, are you serious? I'm all for being friends but are you actually starting another fight in a CHOW? Cool your jets bro, seriously...

    Pixeltuner, that was quite hilarious.

Here's where I call it quits. Really enjoyed working in inks again, definitely going to be doing that more often. Photoshop is great, but I always feel like I'm drawing with oven mitts on compared to when its just me, the pen, and the paper. Posted this bad boy, along with a gruesome and ghoulish tale, in the finals thread. Great work everyone!

VegasMike: That is one super-sized, nasty punk! So he is not just the prison guard - he also IS the prison!
Suggestion - There are too many same-size objects. The nails in the axe (I'd just get rid of 'em) are about the same size as the keys, which are about the same size as the arms coming out of the belly-prison.
The top right of the image is filled with chains and ropes - all very equally weighted - it doesn't read too well. Maybe through a layer of atmosphere on there and make the hanged people pure silhouettes. Simpler is often better.

Here is what I have thus far. Not 100 percent sure I'll finish in time, but we'll see.

Background and lighting get me into some trouble... Hope I can find a solution before time runs out.
