    Hey guys, just came back from a little holiday. Went to Italy, Luxembourg, was great, feeling inspired to keep drawing and get better. I have some goals, mainly to improve my painting skill and my drawing skill, and increase my visual library.

    Here's a couple of new things. The drawings above when i look at it now just bothers me, it's just not good enough yet and I can't be happy with that. I went did some studies from really great draughtsman, Karl Kopinski being one, I feel studying from the best is a good route to getting better. It's time to move away from just linework and show volume in my sketches too. Most of the drawings are from imagination. There is also some small portrait studies in zhang lu style, i feel working small is a lot less stressful and you gain more out of it, work more efficiently etc.

    Some imagination derps at 3am, think my character drawing is definitely improving! Never thought I'd say that a year ago, my figures were so bad. It's a strange feeling when you look at your old stuff, then pick up a pencil and things flow out that didn't before. It just sort of, happens without you thinking about it. Improvement is a strange thing, but I like the feeling! Got loads I want to work on. Here's something to keep things ticking for now.

    Dayum son, shit gettin cool. Your colours are getting more pleasingly subtle and your line work too. I can tell someone's been practicing drawing hands! The master study is looking really sweet too!

    Another thing that is good is that CA isnt being slow and lame anymore.

    All I can see here is hard work, dedication and love for art. That's pretty much enough, isn't it? Keep them coming!

    @lifelove - aww, thanks bro. Hit me right in the feels. I do love art, I'm so glad that shows through!

    @tubz - Thanks!

    For some reason that other sketch didn't show through. here it is. Should have more soon. I'm really going on hard on the character drawings, I feel like I'm slowly getting somewhere. I know it's just basics but I feel like I need to get that right first.

    izzyart - Straight to the heart bro! Thanks so much! Let's get better together

    Well here is a couple of things. For the past week I have had in my head to draw a Spaniel as a knight, don't ask me why, I had a vision. Hahaha. I don't know if this is exactly what I had in my head but it was fun to work on. The other sketch is just a practice one trying something similar to zhang weber, guy is a beast. Edit - just noticed some of my posts went missing from above, will add them in here.
