    Rezzy's Road to Improvement

Ello there and welcome to what I hope will become a some fairly often updated sketchbook. BD

The name's Cassidy though around the internet parts it's usually Rezellan,Rezzy or some other derivative. I'm new around her but I've lurked this place a bit ;I finally have decided why the heck not join in. So here I am,typing all this.

I've been drawing for some time and hope to pursue a career in graphic design but the ways still a but blurry. I come here hoping to improve. More likely than not drawing every day...or well more than I do already.

Now onwards to the posting...God I hope I can figure out how to do it. We'll just have to see.

Due to error with a certain program I was forced to shut this and start all over....DX Well from here on out (at least for these beginning bits) It'll be in chunks.

First note space management,I don't know it but I need to learn.Nasty habit. Also scrawling goofy little notes might help.

Ehem the bulk of the beginning includes studies(off of Mentler,Loomis, and Bridgeman case you can't tell) and some random designs.Hopefully in the near future it will be more than just pencil drawings since I might be getting a new tablet. We'll see.

Really good start! Keep it up

I started drawing in June and made a blog about it. Oh boy!

    I have a sketchbook too.

    Hey

Looking good. Try getting shapes down using as few lines as possible instead of sketching the same lines on top of each other the way you do at the moment. It will make your work neater and help you to get your lines to be a lot more controlled.

@Jiina - Eyo. Ah thank you.Sounds good .I'll be sure to keep that in mind. I'm sure they will look more organic looking; If that's the word for it.

Got some studies from fencing which include things referenced from both modern day and older drawings ;I did this yesterday and never got around to scanning it.

And today got some random made up gestures and more faces for once with some expressions...That look kinda derpy. B'D

Woop guess who has neglected my sketchbook. Moi. Ehem well I've been doing some digital painting to get myself reacquainted with it before I get my new tablet. I'll admit with a mouse it can prove to be an issue.
