    Nice entries guys. Forrest I i think your lighting and glow effect is nice, the golem looks like it is emitting a lot of heat and energy. However I think the painting could be 'sharpened' as in having a more defined focal point, I think more of the abdomen could be shown coming out of the lava or something to that effect. Overall I think you had a solid golem design and I like the lava wrinkles all over his golem rock-skin.

    Krasgar that golem has a nice solid construction and outline. confident shapes and developed design make this piece strong. my only slight critique would be the environment around the subject, it doesn't look up to par with the golems rendering. I like how you used the sphere to model the lighting on the golem, that's a cool way to do lighting I've never done that before.

    I'm not sure I'm good at giving crit, I'm trying the Ctrl+Paint's "crit sandwich" method lol. So.. let me know if I have no idea what i'm talking about because that's very possible.
