One of my paintings changed so dramatically with every part that I painted, the experience made me appreciate it so much more. It was also the painting that made me realise I actually could paint. My earlier works were very naive but this was the one where I had learned to use my medium, weirdly before that happened I actually thought my earlier works were good but this painting showed me how bad the earlier ones actually were.
I think I'm the only one who likes my favourite painting but I'll share a picture anyway.

It's called "bi curiosity of a cynophobic painter" the title comes from the female forms I could see in it, my dog phobia and my progression as a painter.

Anyway I thought it might be a fun post if anyone else has an artwork that they enjoyed more than any other, maybe you could share it and the story behind it.
