That face hugger is awesome, you have such amazing linework, it really reminds me of Miles' pencils. I was gonna say, you should try and work on some longer stuff...but I saw you are in a time crunch, I understand that feeling. But yeah man keep going, you're already totally awesome!
will123will-thanks! the study wont show up anymore though? :b
blackdelphin- thanks and i totally agree with you, the saturation and contrast was practically not even there in the reference photo which i was going to change in the study but was way too tired from work and just couldn't push through it so i put it up as is. well i did but photo bucket is being weird, ill re upload it later :b
aragah-thanks and always working on the anatomy man!
teight-thanks and no problem!
sfbatchelor-yeah im working on more developed pieces, just gonna take a while since im busy now, weekdays i usually only have time for quick lines. kinda bummed i cant do more :l
psychobuddy- thanks for the comparison with miles, very good artist but i actually think we a re worlds apart with everything :b and wish i had the confidence in my digital work -_-

Don't be afraid to push your concepts. Be messy if you have to. You're not here to make pretty things. Take your concepts to a new paper, do sketches, explore, find out other angles, mix with studies etc etc!
Really great stuff here. Your figures are looking pretty solid, and I'm really liking the character designs of the concepts you posted in Post #3. You have a neat cyberpunk feel to a lot of your concepts. All I can say is I want to see more! Your color stuff from the early pages looks great--it'd be nice to see you do more color work as well.
dile-yeah i usually don't elaborate on things i do but that is a good idea!
meps-thanks and sci fi is my fav genre so i do a lot of the cyberpunk stuff :b
spacejelly-thanks and sorry for the nightmares haha
neyut-yeah i am told a lot about my still poses, i do it in my character designs so nothing gets in the way of the actual design but i should get some dynamic poses as well!
darkthur-well dont feel like studies so i guess ill finish it :b
petehidalgo-thanks and will do!
xelby-yeah i have been sketching a lot, didnt feel i was ready to try and finish anything but im giving it a shot now!
so here is a small update on this dood, i wont be putting up anymore updates of him. next time u see him it will be done, or close to it :b

Really nice work you have. Renderings and paintings are great.
The latest design is cool.
The only real crit I have is that some of your character poses are a bit stiff. I think it's mostly because the shoulders and hips in your characters are often parallel - try get some angles in there.
