Keith Eager Illustration Portfolio
My name is Keith Eager, I'm currently a student at OCADU in Toronto, Canada. I'm majoring in Printmaking and minoring in Illustration. My goal is to draw comics and paint covers for a living. This is my portfolio as of Saturday June 30. I'm currently in the process of creating an all new portfolio of sequentials and story Illustrations for Fan Expo(a Toronto Comic convention) in late August. I'm finding myself finally creating finished Illustrations which is very exciting for me. I'm creating a professional portfolio for the first time and finding myself facing all of the problems regarding focus, content, genre, style, speed, workflow, scheduling, promotion, pricing, etc. that entail.

Comic Works From Narrative Drawing
These are class works from Narrative Drawing at OCAD. The cover design is for a short comic story. The interiors were collaborated on and I haven't included them here. The Jughead Comic is a redraw that we were assigned.

Hey Kieth, nice draftsmanship as usual. It appears as if you are just now getting into the experiment with photoshop phase. This is a good thing. But you need to work at it until it looks natural. You need to be careful with filters and gradients. They tend to be distracting when overly prominent.

Jason mentioned including some work from life as well. The Painting and Drawing are of the same pose, each took 3 hours of working time to complete.
