Some recent character designs.
Orc Bruiser, Fairy Catcher, Bladedancer and Burning Legion (there are meant to be more of them, one knight is not a legion...)
I will color them digitally later.

new website up and running:
FACEBOOK: LIKE PAGE
Portraits from DeviantART. I closed all tabs accidentally and don't know who are authors now...
And this is supposed to be landscape with a giant walking by... I really want to finish it digitally one day.
I feel an urge to upload everything related to my attempts in art and show it to everyone. Maybe it's because of lack of social life and my trying in overcoming my introvert nature or something else. Or 'cause I like uploading stuff...
Anyway, here we go: Second update of "Badass Knight Guy Posing On Fiery Background While Bleeding From The Head" and first step in coloring my character designs from the top of the page.
great sb so far man cool handling of values, form and design
So, my Wacom stopped working properly yesterday and it is useless to work with. Looks like I am without tablet for next month or two. I had some unfinished sketches and studies I wanted to post soon, but my tablet thinks otherwise...
Anyway, I started my own paper sketchbook and already did some drawings in it. I'm gonna throw them here soon.
Those colors are coming along great And your stuff is moving along very rapidly, gonna be a good one :0
That last black and white one is gorgeous. the last color one is looking pretty sweet too, I love your style keep it up!

Gonna make more Frank's studies and upload them to my blog and dA in big resolution.
I like your grim drawings, nice shading, nice characters, good work man
beautiful work man! I'm a huge fan of Frazetta too.. that looks like a lot of fun.
Hell, I ain't messing with her -- too intense. @_@
ill_Buny: Thanks, trying to stay as grim as possible :p
sprouty: Frank is a god and it's really fun reproducing his creations.
Raymond Luk: She kicks asses for breakfast O__o
Update! Sketchbook drawing of some warrior melted into rock, Sauron-like armor and vikings from imagination.
Ain't gonna argue with a guy who has 10 swords near his crotch @_@ And plate armor in bottom left is rad You got quite the imagination
Great Character design man. i really love the custom, also how the armor and weapons are designed. i can't wait to see more

To hell with circumstances; I create opportunities.
Very nice, liking the micro textures in his clothes Wip is very close to done :0
Time for some updates. Sketchbook production with digital overlay values.
Punks. Started as anatomy study. Then I just let my hand free and this happened.
Aliens or monsters or alien monsters or something. Two big ones are in almost same pose by mistake, didn't want it...
Lady with unusual head decoration. She is grumpy because she cannot fit in door frames with that stuff on her head.

Hey man, thanks for dropping by my SB and DA. I can tell you're having loads of fun with your work nice to see. Keep this work up and you'll se improvement in no time. For every study, try to use what you learned in a piece from imagination. Doesn't matter if it's a sketch or a detailed illustration - what's important is that you put the new knowledge you've gained into practice.
I also notice you work a lot in black and white, and the few color studies you do are from other people's paintings. I suggest you try to paint something in color directly from life. That way you'll learn about color directly, and not through someone else's interpretation of color. Ofcourse you should keep on doing master studies, but I think painting something in color from life will be a new challenge for you.
As for the black and white paintings, they are all in the same value key. You seem to like painting the darker ranges and then bring in some brighter elements such as glowing weapons and auras etc. You should try to paint in a high-key and see what happens.
keep it up!
Defiled Visions: Thanks for stopping by! I really appreciate your feedback. I promise I'll do some color studies from life. As soon as I finish all the WIP stuff. I will keep in mind everything you said and try to bring it to life. High-key sounds fun
I am finally working on something I always wanted to! Can't tell what exactly right now, I'm not under NDA, but still...
Anyway, another Frazetta study for anyone who wanders here. This is a quick one, wanted to finish it ASAP.
EDIT: Forgot about this one. Few months old photo studies from dA. Never finished them and never will.
