Its' free and it takes less than 10 seconds!
I decided to go back to school this summer but I haven't been in the habit of drawing for a very long time. It feels good to be doing it again. We watched a video in one of my classes where a guy said to get in the habit of showing off everything you do, even if it sucks because it will help you improve. So, here I am, I've decided to post every page of my sketchbook no matter how much insignificant it might be. Haha!
Comments and criticisms are most welcome.
I have a few things from life as well as stuff copied from books and other references. There are obviously some Preston Blair ripoffs in there to start. I plan to keep this up as long as I'm taking classes and hopefully beyond.
The images might be a bit crappy cause I don't have a proper camera, sorry for that in advance.
And even more...
congrats on opening a sketchbook! I really like your approach, I try to do the same thing. I also am a sucker for when someone comments my work, so for me, that's an extra spur
Anyways, about the sketches, I really like your perspective drawings, especially the ones in the beginning (bookshelf and lunch), they look very clean and crisp ... the open cardboard boxes are actually very nice too. Good work
