Really great studies, no crits from me. You've captured the Sargent studies well. I feel like the most important aspect while studying him is to try and understand his application more than anything else, and you've attempted to capture exactly that.

Nothing to say except... welcome to CA. Hope you have a good stay, and take five stars from me.

Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Really nice early entries here. More!!!

Your studies are looking solid. One suggestion I'd throw in when doing copies of masters, do a full blown copy where you go all the way at least once in a while. Doing many rough studies of any masters is always good practice for just capturing the fundamentals, but every now and then push yourself to make a copy as near perfect as possible. There is so much more to learn than just doing studies that are about 65% complete. And when you do them, really focus on getting the shapes right, the tones, the folds, the proportions, etc... so that it is perfect. It's a helluva challenge and I don't often to full blown copies but they're amazingly helpful.

Awesome stuff so far. Let's see more!
