Need a cool piece of sci fi or modern concept art...

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm a game art student and for one of my final projects I'd like to do a realistic environment.

The criteria I've set for myself is
    -interior
-sci fi or modern (preferably lots of details for a cool normal map)
-modular (hallway segments that can be instanced to create the map)
    -one room for interest

I've spent all morning scouring the internet trying to find a good concept, but all I can seem to find are very typical looking sci fi hallways.

Does anyone here have (or know someone who has) a cool concept for what I described?

It needs to be something that could have history to it (dirt/grime) and interesting to look at.

One idea I had was maybe some sort of futuristic royal hall, with a high ceiling. It could have ornate details but an overall majestic look.

The concept artist will get full credit in the demo reel video I make and I will also link to their website when my project is done and on my own website.

(PS if you're wondering why I have that criteria it's because a.) my other two pieces are not realistic, one being fantasy and both being hand painted textures, b.)I've only got three months left, so that's why I need to do something modular as it wont take as long)

    Thanks

Not really looking for inspiration (I'd like to design my own, but I dont have that kind of time). Just need a concept I can work on. Goal would be to stick to the concept 100%.

Or well yeah, take a scene concept from an actual movie? I don't think it's any worse than using someone elses personal work and at least you can directly say "background design adapted from movie X". At best you might find some actual concept art of the environment/place too.

Or bad ones. I love b movies. Sometimes some really creative
matte work, innovative monsters/robots/creatures and effects
can be found in regrettably forgotten sci-fi flicks.

Ones that come to mind are:

    Moontrap (with Bruce Campbell!)
Galaxy of Terror (Roger Corman and giant Caterpillar surprise sex)
Spacehunter in the Forbidden Zone (Bratty Molly Ringwald!)
    My Science Project (Dennis Hopper!)
    The Last Starfighter
    Wizards (Bakshi animation)
    Split Second (Rutger Hauer!)

Some of those could really do with a look, especially in their
    potential for alternative conceptual visions.

Well, if I had to recommend something, I might suggest Equilibrium (the Christian Bale movie). I'm bit foggy about it, but I do remember it having at least some fancy modern halls, that actually are partly filmed in real places so you definitely could find more images to work with.

Look around the Finally Finished section for something you like, then toss the artist an email. I have literally never encountered an artists who took offense at using their concept art for a school 3D project.
