    A ghost problem

    Hi there!

I'm doing a project for the place I'm studying at and I just want so feedback and help with before I move on.

The piece is of a ghost woman stretching out her hand to another ghost's hand (haven't put it in the image).

She's meant to be smiling and it's kinda a "welcome to the family" thing.

A little background: I started off wanting to do a piece on a monster and/or judge style creature that is waiting for us after death as my theme had to be death. But just last week a friend of mine died in a car accident and when I went back to try and do the monster I just couldn't do it. So I changed to more of a warm/friendly piece.

What I really want to know is what people think of it. How I can make it look more "ghostly". And as I go the do the face/hands how I can make them stand out from the cloth but still look ghostly as well.

Any help/comments would be great and very appreciated!

P.S. Repost as I think it wasn't getting views because of image size.

    Image.

Not sure but the image doesn't show up on my browser so I'm gonna post another one. Hopefully it works. Sorry if you can all see it and it's just me that's having a problem.

Well I would reverse the focus you have. Right now the clothing is hard edged and the face and hand are blurry. Make the face and hand read as an individual and make the clothing wispy and ethereal instead
