    Duckscratches

Hello! I'm Dee, but you can also call me Duck(meow). This sketchbook contains stuff from when I was 13, but I'm 14 now.
Posting here is a bit nerve-wracking, but here are my duckscratches (you know, like chickenscratches, but with ducks.. ha-ha, yeah...)

    Some doodles from ages ago.

I think I might finish BRS at a later date. Her hair was fun to draw. I don't think after that, I'm going to go do more 'desu-desu' art. I want to go more for semirealism.

You're avoiding a ton of things, like hands, and the mouth?
It's said a lot, but start doing figure drawings and gestures to get a better grasp of anatomy and to be able to not avoid or be afraid of going for the hands or feet.

The only way to get better at hands and feet is to practice. Don't be afraid of what it looks like. Just take your time and focus on those things, then when you have to draw them in a character sketch, it should be easy peasy!

That was the wip sketch of #2. I'll post the finished one later.
I do practice hands. A lot. I love drawing hands, but it takes ages for me to draw them (which probably means I need a ton of more practice). Mouths, I need to work on. Feet too. My enemy in drawing is feet. e___e

Here are some more old things. Finals are going to be the end of me.

Yes, I'm a shameless fan of Naruto.
