Thread: Lighting help
May 27th, 2012 #1
Hey does anyone know any good sources for learning how to light scenes for different moods in a painting? I have been trying to research it but have been having trouble finding good material.

EDIT: LINK REMOVED (figured it was safer just posting one page rather than link to a site where you can see the whole book online)
This is a page from Loomis' book Figure Drawing For All It's Worth. As a heads up, the book has now been reprinted, so I'd go out and buy a copy rather than look at it online there (not sure how legal it is). But I thought I'd link it just for this one page.
