    Congrats to everyone here!

we just passed ten thousand members. That is quite a milestone. A big thanks goes to the moderators for doing such a great job. Even though we have so many members now, it still feels the same. We have such a great group. Congrats!

android just broke his second year of self portraits. he is somewhere near the seven hundred and fifty consecutive self portraits mark. It has literally become a recording of his life. Well done mr jones! You have inspired many people.

To an even better year ahead!!

    Cheers.

I thank you Jason and Andrew. We wouldn't have grown as much as we have if you guys never put CA on the map. THANKS!

Conceptart.org has become part of my addiction now, that and sodas (coca cola, pepsi).

Thanks alot for making this website, it truly inspires me each and everyday, and I do check it out each and everyday, and every hour, and every second....well you get the point, and big ups to Android, that guy is amazing, how does he do it, maybe the name says it all, while most of us are using about 30 percent to come up with different ways of drawing, Mr. Jones goes over the top!

Hehe, it doesn't seem like 10,000 members at all, as there's still that somewhat cosy feeling here . I'm curious, how many years has conceptart.org been online?

i think i speak on behalf of each and every moderator and contributor on this site when i say that our time invested in the site can truly never compare to the incredible opportunities, inspirations and friendships that arise from this site. It is truly a joy to be able to give back in some small way to the people who have given so much to us.

Andrew's commitment to his self portraits and the consistantly amazing output of the professionals here are testement to a level of professionalism both occupationally, socially and personally that I think we should all aspire to.

Congratulations conceptart.org, i know the next year will be a very exciting and satisfying year for everyone hear.

    Best wishes - Adam

The only bad thing about Conceptart.org is - it wasn´t there when I´ve chosen my profession about ´85. I think with a support like this an aspiring artist like myself at the age of 18 wouldn´t have so easily been lured into the ads . This site is extremely inspiring and hopefully has helped a lot of people finding their way into art.

Cheers to CA and the crew that started this thing! :chug:

CA has been my best source for inspiration and encouragement since I figured out that I wanted to pursue art seriously. More so than my own University. Not that my experience at USM has been lacking but no one there really understands what I want to do with myself. The Conceptart.org has been great not only because of all of the masters, but because of all of the ordinary members here who are learning just like me but are willing to add their individual knowledge and experience to help their peers along as well.

I have nothing but praise and appreciation for Jason, Andrew and all of the other great artists here to keep the standards so high in every aspect; the quality of work, the quality of feedback and the quality of general interaction.

...Btw, I was here since day one! Sorry but I love bragging about that.

Brilliant place on the internet and ive met some equally great people in it. Jesus i went to amsterdam because of this  Kudos to all those that make it possible, the admins the mods etc J himself. Oh and congrats to andrew, for his 2nd year of self protraits (im a lucky monkey with 2 of his sketches on my wall) Wonderfull place you people have built, and i gotta agree: 10000 members and it still feels like a damn tight and close nit place.
