    Nxxrify's sketchbook!

Hi everyone! New user here, though I've lurked on CA for quite some time now. I finally made the decision to join the community and start a sketchbook thread in the hope that this will push me to draw more often and improve my skills.

Well, that first sketch looks awesome, but the images in the second post aren't working for me. Might try reuploading them?

yes, first one is great, love the shading there. Other images do not work for me either.

Please, excuse me for the possible errors in my English.

    Thanks, guys.

Velocity Kendall: I looked up those artists you mentioned. Their progress is so inspiring, I hope I can get to their level someday.

Here are some sketches I've done over the past week. Not a lot, but some doodling is better than none at all. Please critique!
Also, I rarely draw male anatomy, so I decided to practice (with help from Loomis ).

    I. love. your. stuff!

I love that its one line paper! are these doodles?

I wish I could draw women off the top of my head like that! the lips and the tip on the nose are adorable! cant wait to see more!

Side note your men are looking a bit stiff, I know these are probably perceptive and proportion poses but I wanna see more!

    Thanks walnut!

iamkennstan: Haha nope. I do my sketches on both lined notebook and plain sketchbook. No particular reason really, I'm just weird like that.
I agree, the men are pretty stiff. Gotta keep practising.
    Thanks for your comment.

hey! I like your sketches, a good start for a SB. I would encourage you to practice on sketching some detailed hands. Search on the net for Hogarth he has some good books. take care

Hey, mate. Really nice start on your sketchbook, you have an adorable style developing. It'll be real nice to see you progress.
And also, I can't believe you looked through all the pages of my sketchbook! I feel like I drew you in on a suicide mission with the size of that thing.

Anyways, hope you keep on posting, it'll be nice to keep tabs on your stuff. No crits yet, just keep up the good work!
