Hi everyone, my name is Cylia. I'm a high school senior as you can guess.
Recently SCAD offers me a $10k award based on artistic merit, but I think I still need to appeal the scholarship decision because my family can't cover the rest of the tuition.
I've created some new works and right now I don't know which piece to put in the portfolio.
I've just uploaded 29 pieces on my dA gallery (which was just empty an hour ago xD) http://fujisai144.deviantart.com/gallery/
Please help me. I really appreciate any suggestions, comments, critiques from you guys. Thank you so much

Oh lord... you really need to know what you've done right an what you don't like of your work. Maybe is to soon to learn that correctly but you really need to know in some degree. Anyway it depends, there are a lot of different type of works in there. What path are you interested in? You may want to chose different works if you are going to choose something like graphic design or digital art or classic art etc.
My intended major is Graphic design, but the school says that the portfolio doesn't need to be major-related
I contacted my counselor and she said that I should include all of the pieces except for the following:
One Prince and Five Knights
On the Other side
Eyes of Athena
What do you guys think?
Looking good your counselor is definately right.
Thanks everyone. Any other advice?
