    Feroyn's Concept Art: Improvements, improvements!

    Hey guys,

Just registered here! I love art and speedpaintings, been doing it since I was very young (I'm 22 now). I also compose film/gamemusic, like epic orchestrals and stuff.

I'll be posting more drawings here as soon as I get more time to draw!
    My Deviantart: http://soldatnordsken.deviantart.com

This first image took 1hr 20 min to finish. Here's the timelapse and brushes I used: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JSPl...0&feature=plcp

    Catch you around!

    Another one!

Took about 2hrs to paint. "To The Ancient Land". Inspiration from the game Shadow Of The Colossus.

    Thanks daflom!

Alex, I'm using Camtasia, great software! Would hope that there are some better ways of editing texts and fade ins and such in it. But still great to record with!

Training these quick concepts. Ships at the moment! The hardest part is the first shape molding part, detailing isnt that hard if you got a good shape from the start ive noticed.

Fantastic pieces, the energy and speed really shines through. Simple color and composition theory executed really well.

Im looking forward to more expressive and ambitious pieces, keep it up!

    (also your music kicks ass)

"In this city of splendors, Dany had expected the
House of the Undying Ones to be the most splendid
of all, but she emerged from her palanquin to behold
    a grey and ancient ruin.
Long and low, without towers or windows, it coiled
like a stone serpent through a grove of black-barked
trees whose inky blue leaves made the stuff of the
sorcerous drink the Qartheen called shade of the evening." - A Clash Of Kings.

    30 min speedy.

Hmm, I'm thinking about making some paintings into prints on canvas. I love printed canvas, feels so pro. Can anyone link me to a site or give me some advice on resolution and stuff I need for pretty large canvases? like 60 cm wide, 100 cm height, or vice versa.

Superb start to your sketchbook, I'm really digging those environment paints! I've just started getting back into landscape painting myself, it's really relaxing I find. Looking forward to seeing more updates soon.
