    Brandon's Sketchbook

Hello all! I have been on this site for awhile, observing all the wonderful works by all of the talented members of this site. So, since I have alot of free time, and am working to better my skills in anatomy, and conceptual design, I figure I should probably make a sketchbook here
    So, here goes.

A tree study I did from imagination after watching a drawing-tutorials-online podcast on the form of trees.

A male figure study I did. Proportions are off. Thats something I need to work on. But I mostly concentrated on the general shape of the body.

Looking good! Keep up the posemaniac exercises every day, I'm sure that they will really help. Here's another website like posemaniacs that you might like. http://www.lovecastle.org/draw/ (Pictures in it may be NSFW.. nudity, etc)

Keep studying Loomis. You are doing great. Give a break of shading the figures. Concentrate your efforts in learning how to construct the anatomy. Then you learn to shade.

Cojac- Does it look like I am shading them? Maybe its the scan quality...But irl they are all just solid figures ^.^ I think I only shaded one. Thanks though!

The last amount of work im doing on this one. Just changed up a few things. I would try from different perspectives, but with a mouse, I'd imagine that would be so tough.

Thanks for the comment on my sketchbook the other day! I like your work so far; I especially like the environments. Is that something you want to specialize in later on?
