that still life came out wicked. The face one has issues though, the shape of her head looks way to oval around the forehead area and it mesing with the structure of the nose bridge. Great rendering on it though!

Oh god, vampire cheerleaders, just what the world needs!

Lovely face. Her anatomy could use some work; her breasts look unnatural, but some more weight on the ribcage/upper torso would make her look less top-heavy. The colour scheme works well for it, too.

haha, well yeah.. anatomy is kinda cartoony... wanted her to be thin and yet have big breasts, its not easy to balance sigh

here are some mini color studies... some are from head and some are from photos, around 15 mins each..

Hey there, thx for the nice comment.

You have ome really nice stuff going on here, too.
Definetely seems like you're going for the more realistic way.
Since your sketches already look so admirable, I cannot crit on anything. ^^
    Good job.

Thanks for visiting my SB, very good mix of studies here. Really liking the attention to the dents on the red bull still life you did.

    Hi!

Really nice sketchbook I love your still lives (especially your "artist's essentials") and also your animals, they look so lively ^^

    Thanks for sharing!

Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention, you might want to look at your deviant art-link, it seems to have a http:// too much in it, so when you klick it you just get to a broken page.

Yay! I wonder why you have been a lurker for so long, your stuff looks good
I like your still lifes and animals (I find your rendering too soft here and there, though, the enviro thumbnails too... The vampire cheerleader is a nice idea, human anatomy is tricky so that isn't totally right there but these aren't jumping to us (you know, there are cases when there's a more or less nice painting with some stuff being too low level compared to the rest, it's disturbing. But a more balanced one with some not too big flaws can be quite enjoyable, you don't need to be a master to produce lovely paintings. Am I understandable? I hope so).
