Need some advice on where to go with this.

    Hey there!
This is my first time posting and I'm trying to figure out what is working and what is not in this image so far so I can make changes! Thanks!

I would adjust your values to clarify distance and build space.

Need some advice on where to go with this.

Lose the guy in the bottom left corner. He's leading
the viewers eyes right out of the image. As a rule
be careful of slotting points of interests into the corner
of an image. Right now he's taking the focus away from
    the central conflict.

He's also not posed as well as the others and is quite
stiff in contrast to their dynamic angles. What's he doing
anyway? Hiding? I think you'd be much better off without
    him.

I would work more on rendering the scene and the characters
before applying such strong lighting effects.

Thanks Star Eater! I will try all of that out. I do have a bad tendency to over light my scenes way to fast. I was having a hard time placing the third guy anyway and I guess it was obvious
