    John Cleese on Creativity

I think these are some pretty important points to be aware of in this (or any problem solving) industry. It's half an hour but I believe it's worth taking the time to hear him.

    My Sketchbook

And then God said, "Let us make man in our likeness and our image. Let us make him ridiculously hard to draw so that poor artists everywhere will have to spend 10,000+ hours failing repeatedly before they can begin to capture the form and likeness onto a two-dimensional surface." And there was man. And it was good. And artists everywhere lost their minds.

Really interesting. Explains why I feel I can draw at night constantly but never in the morning. The only time where I have space, time, no stress, away from everything. It's 'play'. Then there's a set deadline on when it ends by the fact I have to sleep by a certain time.

Where in the morning from the first minute I wake up I'm in a mode where I'm taking care of someone and I could be distracted at literally any time. Stress galore, time but not definite time.
