    Barefoot

A lot of people get stick for drawing too many topless girls or having a fixation with naked/unclothed women. Well, this sketchbook probably has more topless men than topless women. Man-tits HO!

Your mecha design is very strong imho, with a better (just a few) anatomy you'll may be a good concept designer!

I agree with Luca, your strengths are definitely in the mech/vehicle department, but it's good to hear you're working on organic stuff too looking forward to seeing more evidence of that! One thing about your tonal work, it's looking like it's in need of a bit more contrast - the ones in the first post would benefit alot from some darker tones here and there, while the latest one would read much better with a bit more of a range of lighter tones. Try doing some tonal studies from life and photographs, then trying again from your head.

I'm having one of those moments where I'm looking back at my work and going:
What the hell was I doing?
Did I have my hair in my eyes?
    Was I drunk?
Back to the anatomy books and reference photographs for me!

Indulging my love for space marines!
This guy is a recurring character of mine: Chaplain Reddard Tancred. Referred to either as 'Red Tancred' or simply 'Red' by his brothers, his rank is never mentioned by those of his own chapter.

I'm doing a school project (I know, making us work over summer? Cruel.) I decided to base it very loosely on the future jousting IDW/CHoW crossover that happened years ago before I joined.
Inspired a little by Halo, this is my first piece of work for the project: a helmet.
Expect more of this type of thing.

You're really good with armor and vehicle designs! And I'd say you're pretty good with gestures as well
the guy on the left on the very last image- the way you highlighted the area around the knees gives me the impression that the leg is twisted, but I see that you weren't totally done.

    Hi! Nice sketches.

Seems you are into game design topics?

I think your designs might benefit from some studies of the basics like doing gestural drawing or perspective exercises. Some of your figures have odd an inconsistent proportions like very large heads and small hands, wich you can fix by looking at reference.

Doing some qucik studies can help you get more disciplined and efficent in your design work too.

Good work so far. Keep it up!

I'll be honest, I think I was just making up musculature at that point.

Remember the Jousting 2105 (or some other date) CHoW? It happened years before I joined, but I liked the idea, thus:

Hey man cool work. That jousting 2105 pic looks super cool, sort of Trevor Claxton-y, which is never really a bad thing. Keep it up.
