Beautiful works! Just curious, do you prefer to use 3D software or freehand when drafting the building concepts? If you do it freehand, is there any advantage of it vs doing it with 3D?

Thanks look, on my personal work I normally prefer to go 100% freehand, but in professional work, most of the time you work with 3D geometry already placed by game designers/world builders, so you paint on top of that to make sure that your design has the right scale and proportions for the map. Also I must add that I've been flattened and honored by whoever found this post and post it on Kotaku recently. Thanks a lot!
