GAH, typed up comments for everyone and then closed the tab. Sorry folks!

As a general comment, lots of these characters have a bunch of exposed skin, keep in mind their surroundings are probably a little chilly.

here's an update on mine. let me know what you think.

last minute update yo! pretty fantastic stuff guys

Gadbury, really digging the way you handled yours, especially your edges. I guess you're right that as a pure design it's not so far out, but it shows a ton of character and mood, which I like. One small issue for me is that the wolf's head melts too much into the form of the man, so you miss the wolf's face which I think could potentially be a strong element in the piece.

I want to do a nice illustration to go with this but, er, that may or may not happen considering it's about 18 hours to the deadline and I have refine this, and sleep. D:

Jackdaw - I can't find an earlier post on this topic for you... Can we see your early sketches leading up to this? That would help me out a ton! Thanks....

just want to drop this in, need to hurry

@carakhan, i would add some blue tones to the lower part of the body and legs so you have the warm colours around her face. guess this will create some contrast in colour -> nice focal point

@audit. nice mask, really like it

MasterTroglodyte - Not sure it matters now, it seems I'm not going to make the deadline anyway - I forgot about the required model sheet drawings .

Bah, I won't be able to make the deadline either. Got to start earlier on it next time around.
I will still finish it though, no reason to stop now.

Cool stuff everyone. I've sat this one out due to general business and the Roadburn festival which I just returned from, see you next week.

Meh, I guess it doesn't really look "finished." I like everybody's entries.

Well, foo. If it's not too much trouble I would like to see them. You've done something remarkable there and I always like to see the progression. I usually forget about the model sheet drawings, too...
