@Sushy ! Yeah, that one was almost uncomfortably fun to do. It felt so wrong, but so right.
@ NON Haha, my sentiments exactly!

There's more coming up real soon, and hey... I am real glad the first thing I said to you was incredibly stupid, I would have never extended the olive-branch and made new friends had I not have looked like a complete idiot! xD

This is starting to look like an Iron Maiden poster :/
*Update* Probably not elligable to compete, seeing as this does not demonstrate the "creation" of a monster, I am sure that if I sat on it for a bit I could worm my way around this, but that wouldn't be true to the nature of the image... I need to complete this, not as a challenge, but as a step in my progression TO BEING THE BEST ARTIST EVER! SPARTANS! WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSION?!

Hah the monster is lookin good. Well rendered so far and nice dynamic view of it.. From the foot at eye level . As I've said before. Also liking the use of soft brush, it draws focus to areas where hard brushstrokes are. And the middle alien is looking good as well dude.
And thanks for the kind words on my sb. I'm not worthyyy

I was scrolling down scrolling down "Oh look a big lady creature thing..... Oh god that's a ballsack never mind". lol

You have a good handle on making those slight marks to add texture and definition to skin which is pretty important on creatures. Pretty sweet overall.

And that was the intention! The flailing meat-bag was a satirical spin on the controversy surrounding Lady Gaga's questionable gender in her early career. Although it started to lean from Lady Gaga to erm... Skeletor or Iron Maiden's mascot "Eddie"... anything goes when making a monster I guess and I learned quite a bit from it. But with all honesty I don't think I have the ambition to finish it, there are so many things wrong compositionally that I'd have to start over which I'd be more than happy to do if there was anymore interest involved. I guess I'll just move onto the next thing!

I never really got the opportunity to become immersed into the turn-based RPG sensation that is Final Fantasy, but if you couldn't tell, I myself am quite the girly man *flips hair flamboyantly* and I have a deep place in my soul for over the top fight choreography...
But I draw most of my inspiration from music and literature... reading creepypastas while listening to stuff like this

Saw the teen challenge this week and I am super stoked, I always seem to have a tard moment and not even finish, but this one seems pretty difficult to fuck up, especially with my macabre background. Doing some thumbnails as we speak -.^

Did a bit of thumbnailin' last night... still trying to figure out which approach I am gonna go with, while mindlessly dicking around some of them turned out to be a bit sympathetic and some of them more along the lines of monster portraits. They look like shit but that's thumbnails for ya.

To compensate for my complete and utter lack of creativity, I tested the zig-zag filter!
