Hey there! My name is Ross Tran and I was really active on this site in 2009 when I started really learning and posting, but I haven't been active on this blog because of school, I finally got around to update for you guys, the community, one of factors that helped start my everything. How long do you usually spend on a concept scene painting??

Thank you all for your kind words! Much appreciated . A concept scene painting varies, Most of the landscapes up there that don't have characters were done for a class and they vary from 1-5 hours. A concept one with a hint of story and action, could take up to 10 hours, but most of the hours are really figuring what is going on... because I sometimes don't know where I'm going with it until 3-4 hours in.. haha!
