writing stories of existing stories, what to consider?

    hello
I'm interested in writing stories of existing stories, like a trilogy of James Bond films and a sequel of the already ended "Hikaru no Go"(because I want to see more of it).

    1. Is it legal to post them here or in blog?
    2. Are there things which need to be added or considered? e.g. explicitly stating it is a fan fiction
    3. Does the length make a difference? Actually the stories are not like a novel which is meant to be sold or something. I only have brief ideas which I want the film companies or the original writer to develop, just several paragraphs for a film.

    thank you!

    J

All the posts you made so far were in the lounge and none of them shows much interest in art. Why are you here?
    BTW, google fan fiction.
