    Per aspera ad astra!

    Hey people

Havent posted here in a long time, I planned on becomming a conceptartist but I got lazy with it to be honest
but now i thought its time for another go at it!

Just starting to catch up with my sketching skills, working mostly in B&W now, but i just finished my first one in color so i thought it would be a good start for a new sketchbook!

CC, feedback and questions are welcome of course!

    Cheers!
    Nick

Pretty cool start so far, don't slack off this time. It kind of sounds like my story to be honest.

That first dude looks totally badass though it wouldn't hurt if you added a bit more detail to it.

Wow, this is nice work. Especially that first piece--I'm really impressed with how you can pull these clear, recognizable forms out of the textured shapes you put down. Great use of subtle lighting and color, too. I can't wait to see more!

NickyBeats: Thanks alot mate! yeah i definatly happy with that one, feels like a big happy accidents in retrospective..... we'll see if i can pull if off again

fireblade: haha yeah damit... i did it again lol! 4 months just flew by....
but to be honest, I recently found a more solid motivation and goal so I think slacking off wont happen anymore..... eh i hope lol !

    htkpeh: thx mate! coming up

Kriss_Kringle: appreciate your feedback, personally i have a hard time going further in detail, i just feel it gets worse after a while

    Topcross: thank u man

    Meps: thank u thank u

    CUKIERass: thx! i will

Psychobuddy: yeah values is something Ive been focusing alot on... colors though... not really lol.... but Thomas Scholes actually told me that values is the biggest part of color so it definatly isnt a waste of time learning values

So... ive got something new, trying to learn enviroments, this is from head, but im gonna get into studies more from now on, ive seen so many ppl in here taking leaps in development from doing alot of studies

EDIT: removed some scanned pics.., wanna keep this purely digital
