    Little red riding hood

I got really, really bored. So i took my digital photo camera, and took a pictures of couple of my drawings and paintings which could not fit in the scanner. Anyway, i do my pics with pencils most of the time, and when i feel like coloring, acrylics are my best friends.
So, because of my lousy mood, i took this piece, and tried to put it through PS, to see what will come out. So this was my first try, it took me 2 hours to finish it, but boredom still has a grip on me.
First one is original, pencil work, 35cm x 50cm, and second, as you can see (Doh!), is PS colored wersion. Choice of colours is too much fancy for my taste, but whatever, first try anyway...

the design of the armor and belt dont moving the way the should be when taking a step forward. the tatoos design is the same way. it doesnt seem to on the arm as much as it loks like its floating in front of it.

besides that i think its a pretty cool concept, it just needs a little bit of refinning.

i like the concept but it seems to lack depth. I think you could solve this problem by shading the colors in the picture with their compliments rather than black (if you did, okay, and I'm blind hehe )

maybe a bit more variation and more extreme highlights on the cloak, skin and sword handle and a little rimlight or glow would give it the impression of a starker light source.

    Overall, good!
