    Help with woman's back?

    Hi gentlemen. I can't for the life of me find reference for this pose and I don't think the muscles are right in the current rendering. Could you guys help me? ( :

    I'm no good with back anatomy, but may I point out some other things?

    Hands are too small, shoulders too wide and her head/ neck look like they're in profile. I'd sort those out before jumping in to the rendering.

    Thanks man, I did notice the shoulders, but I think it's just a matter of widening her waist (i did change that and the shoulders look normal now).

    Also, on the hands, are you sure? If anything I think they are too small :p

    And on the profile - I really don't know how to make it like she's looking back, couldn't find reference. Here's the updated one with the wider waist:

    The shoulders look far better but her lower body needs more love:
    The hamstrings are bulging like she's a bodybuilding master (or if these stockings are super tight) and her glutes are deflated.
    I demand more glute love. GLUTES GLUTES GLUTES!
    Sadly I can't give you any references because the image provider will delete these images I have here. Now you have the difficult and unpleasant job to research women's behinds for yourself.

    Did you copy-paste the horns?
    It flattens the image. Here's someone who has described it better:

    Best of luck, I think this will come out just fine, you did a whole lot of progress.

    yeah i agree, her arse is destracting, try and bring it up to the level of the back as it just looks like a symbol.

    @Kiera and @dog-faced Thank you for the post. I have indeed copypasted the horns and their actual state in the painting makes me wonder if I really want them or not. I'll try making it more three dimensional and see what happens.

    And her behind was done from imagination. I showed it to some people and they pointed out how her behind looks half-assed (pardon me the pun). I got some reference now, let's see if I can improve on that (;

    if you keep the horns try to put them in the right perspective and perhaps have them coming outta her head rather than "super glued" to her head..... if you just loose them though (imho) she just becomes another Hoochie with a wip that has a huge left butt cheek....getting better though!

    Before you go and add any more shading, please stop and think where your light source is. Think hard.

    get some reference for the leather and the hair as it seems very flat and carooney and contrasts poorly with the skin render.
