Banned?

I log in 2 days agao and today when I tried with my account : N8ph4n7om I received this :

You have been banned for the following reason:
spammer

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

So

is that? I haven't post anything yet and I had to create a new account using facebook connect today.
Do i look like a spammer

Actually with your current username, I can see why people think it's a spammer. Spambots often use l33t or add in random numbers to their name. So if your last one was similar it may have been mistaken for a spambot.

Hum I see, but I used that username on many website and had no problem so far...
Pretty please don't ban me again I ain't a cylon, spammer o whatever I'm a nice guy (:

We get about 50 spammers joining every day - day in, day out. Also there is ton of them to be cleared up from the past years. On a bad day I ban about 100, on a good one 6-800. Mods have lives away from CA as well. We're not robots but human.

There is also a huge number of DA members who join, take a look around and run away probably scared of what we'll say. Shame really because if they stuck around they might learn something.
